New York currently allows for both Religious and Medical Exemptions:
- Religious Exemptions: You must have sincere and genuine religious beliefs that vaccinations are contrary to those beliefs
Religious Exemptions must be submitted to your child’s school in lieu of their vaccination records.
If you have questions on New York requirements for a religious exemption letter or your letter has been rejected please contact us
- Medical Exemptions:
Please speak with your doctor to find out if your child is eligible for a medical exemption.
